G. Alan Bracher, MD
Dr. Bracher was born in Colorado and grew up in Ohio. He graduated from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine in 1990. He completed a residency in Internal Medicine and a fellowship in Gastroenterology and Hepatology at the University of Cincinnati. He also held a faculty position at the University of Cincinnati as an Instructor of Clinical Medicine. In 1997, he joined Southeast Valley Gastroenterology Consultants. Dr. Bracher has received advanced training in therapeutic biliary and pancreatic endoscopy and is board certified in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology. He performs all diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures including EGD, colonoscopy, small bowel enteroscopy and video capsule endoscopy. His consultative expertise includes liver disorders and inflammatory bowel disease. Dr. Bracher is married and has three children. In his spare time, he enjoys tennis, running, astronomy, and spending time with his family. He is a member of the American Gastroenterological Association.
