Andrew Ma, MD

Dr. Andrew Ma is a Phoenix native who grew up in Ahwatukee. He attended the University of Arizona where he studied biochemistry and molecular biology. He obtained his medical degree from the New York University School of Medicine and completed a residency in internal medicine and a fellowship in gastroenterology at the University of Maryland. He also served as a chief resident. His areas of interest include general gastroenterology, liver disease, functional GI disorders, and inflammatory bowel disease. He performs diagnostic endoscopy and colonoscopy as well as video capsule endoscopy. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, staying fit, and cooking.
