Southeast Valley Gastroenterology was founded by Charles Schron, M.D., in 1993 after a ten-year academic career that included teaching and medical research. Since then, SEVG has strived to provide the highest level of patient care using a patient-centered approach and state-of-the-art technology.
Over the years, SEVG has recruited physicians from some of the nation’s finest medical institutions including Harvard University, The Johns Hopkins University, Yale University, and The Cleveland Clinic.
In 2008, SEVG opened a 20,000 square foot Center for Digestive Care in Chandler. The center was designed to facilitate high quality care and patient convenience and to serve as a base for our comprehensive clinical services including colon cancer screening and interventional endoscopy.
